Women’s Self Defense Class

Gracie Fernandina is proud to present our Free Women’s Self Defense Class. This class will be about an hour long and will cover the most basic self defense techniques. Our techniques will NOT involve punching or kicking. We will instead focus on good leverage and position to keep you safe against a bigger stronger attacker. Space is very limited and will be first come, first serve. Please use the form below to reserve your spot.
What Should you wear?
We recommend wearing workout or athletic clothing. Bring water!
What should you expect?
This class will be fun and easy going! You will be working with a partner to practice the moves and you will probably sweat. This will be a mildly physical class with physical contact (no punching or kicking) between you and your partner. We will be covering the most common attack positions so you will be on the floor, against the wall, and pinned down.
